Ingredients


Makes 10 large or 18 small croissant
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) pkg frozen puff pastry, defrosted
  • flour, for dusting
  • 1/4-1/2 C (60-125 ml) Extraordinary Cheese Dip™, prepared
  • 8 oz (252 g) sliced or cubed ham, your choice
  • 1/4-1/2 C (60-125 ml) cooked chopped spinach, drained
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) low-fat milk

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  • On Bake & Roll, roll puff pastry into a 10.5” (26 cm) square. Gently flip onto Appy Maker. Using a rolling pin, firmly roll over to cut pastry.
  • Spoon Extraordinary Cheese Dip™ onto each triangle: 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) for small, 1–2 tsp (5–10 ml) for large. Top with a pinch of spinach and a small piece of ham, being careful not to overfill. Starting at wide end, roll up each triangle on the Appy Maker and form into crescents.
  • Place on Sheet Pan lined with Bake & Roll. Using Basting Brush, brush with milk, and bake until puffy and light golden: 10–11 minutes for small, 12–14 minutes for large.
