Makes: 6 servings
  • 4 C (1 L) fresh or frozen cut green beans
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) milk, your choice
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg Green Bean Casserole Seasoning
  • Toppings (optional): toasted sliced almonds

Preparation


 
  • Place beans in a Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and microwave on high for 5 min.
  • Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together milk, mayonnaise and seasoning.
  • Stir seasoning mixture into green beans. Cover and microwave* for 10 min on high, stirring once halfway through. Or bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350°F oven until warm and bubbly, about 30–35 min.
  • Top with almonds, if desired.
  • *cooking time may vary based on microwave wattage
